Brighton's Estupinan closing on AC Milan switch

Pervis Estupinan is close to being transferred to AC Milan after a summer of negotiations. Brighton had previously rejected a bid but now an agreement is on the horizon. The club seeks roughly £17 million for the Ecuadorian full-back, whose contract lasts until 2027. Estupinan moved to the UK in 2016 by joining Watford, but he never played there, later rising to prominence with Villarreal.
