Apple has agreed to a $250 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit over misleading advertising of Siri's AI features. The lawsuit claimed that Apple deceived consumers by promoting non-existent features when launching the iPhone 16 in 2024. The settlement, pending court approval, covers approximately 37 million devices sold in the U.S. between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025. Affected owners may receive between $25 and $95 per device. Apple stated the settlement allows them to focus on innovation.
