Ben Tuna of Glass Visions Studio has transformed a corroded Porsche 911 Carrera into an art car, titled Resurrection (2025). This vehicle, devoid of wheels, windows, and interiors, features cathedral-inspired stained glass created with precision-cut colored materials. The stained glass depicts angelic figures and aims to bring the rusted car back to life as an artistic representation. Through this work, Tuna honors traditional glassmaking, which has recently been classified as an endangered technique, and continues his family’s legacy in the decorative stained glass industry.
