Photoshop's Generative Fill can now use Google Gemini 2.5 Flash and Black Forest Labs' Flux.1 Kontext alongside Adobe's Firefly, allowing users to switch models for varied results. Photoshop for web introduces an AI Assistant in private beta that executes descriptive editing commands, with a similar Adobe Express beta. Lightroom will receive an Assisted Culling beta to filter and recommend best photos based on focus, angle, and sharpness. Firefly Image 5 generates native four-megapixel images, improves realistic human rendering, and supports prompt-based and layered image editing.
