swrve, a Los Angeles-based cycling apparel company founded in 2005, has been sold to a new owner with the deal finalized at the beginning of September. The terms of the sale and the buyer identity are not disclosed. The transition to the new owner will complete by the end of 2025. Remaining inventory will be cleared from the Los Angeles headquarters before year end to prepare for a 2026 relaunch. Founders began winding down operations about a year and a half ago. swrve gained recognition for its 2007 Cordura cycling-specific jeans and an initial knicker product that launched the brand.
