The New Fox Rampage RS Downhill Helmet Drops Weight, Adds MIPS Integra Split
Briefly

Fox Racing launches the Rampage RS, a downhill helmet aimed at professional racers. Known for its protective qualities, the Rampage series has evolved since 2006, adopting a carbon fiber shell and MIPS technology. The Rampage RS is lighter, more aerodynamic, and surpasses industry protection standards. It features the MIPS Integra Split system, enhancing safety against rotational impacts. Fox Racing emphasizes adapting to athlete needs, integrating performance data, and utilizing knowledge from various riding disciplines to improve helmet safety standards.
Gravity experiences have always influenced the direction of what's expected from the Rampage. Today, athletes are going faster, but the protection standards aren't keeping up.
We drew on our internal organizational knowledge of protection standards by analyzing race data and by applying other testing standards from the e-bike and moto disciplines.
