Average and median Brooklyn home prices reached new records in Q3 2025, with the average sale price rising 11.6% year over year to $1,388,463 and the median climbing 7.7% to $1.05 million. Listings for all home types increased 16.3% to 3,417, and sales volume rose 7.1% to 2,705 transactions. Luxury segment inventory jumped 84.4% year over year while luxury sales increased 36.1%. Condos led gains with median prices up 14.8% to $1,147,766, including strong performance in new development condos. Inventory remains relatively low despite recent increases, and 22% of sales went above asking price.
