About four hours later, another shooting occurred on Highway 24 near 13 in Oakland, where bullets hit a driver's car but caused no injuries.
The shooter fled into Solano County where officers chased him, leading to his arrest. During the chase, he discarded a gun and two magazines from his vehicle.
