Law enforcement officials arrested Eduardo Ramirez Salinas and Jonathan Franco after a search at 69 W. 164th St. revealed approximately 2.5 kilograms of cocaine, ketamine, and MDMA, along with 30 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms and over 100 pounds of marijuana. The men were charged with first- and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The investigation uncovered drugs in an upstairs room used by Franco, with large quantities of marijuana found in the open and a metal crate containing more marijuana in the hallway.
