Huntr operates an AI-powered résumé builder and job search tracker and uses anonymized data to train tools and monitor the market. Analysis covers over 1.2 million applications and more than 225,000 résumés. Early-year hiring shows renewed optimism, and focusing on one job title for up to 15 days can help.
