Probat is consolidating U.S. operations by relocating teams from Probat Inc. near Chicago, Bauermeister USA in Memphis, and AC Horn in Dallas into a new Dallas headquarters. The Dallas site will be anchored by the AC Horn manufacturing facility, acquired in early 2024, which offers popcorn and nut processing expertise and high vertical integration. Bauermeister USA’s industrial grinding operations and Probat Inc.’s Burns brand activities will move to Dallas. The consolidation is intended to improve communication, speed decision-making, strengthen collaboration, and leverage existing infrastructure while offering employees opportunities for career transitions and a smooth relocation process.
