"Desiring a hint of Goa's coastal vibes in the city of Gurugram, India, the Spring Breeze Apartment by Aavahsa reimagines urban living through a vacation-inspired lens. Perched high on the 20th floor of Palm Springs Society building, the 3,600-square-foot home captures the essence of a serene getaway without ever leaving the city - its design born from a blend of Japandi and Boho styles."
"For designers Aanchal Antal and Ranjan Prajapati, the challenge lay in marrying two seemingly opposite sensibilities. Japandi, with its minimalism and grounded palette, along with Boho's textured charm, required a balance of natural materials and bespoke craftsmanship, along with a focus on the family's comfort. Instead of wall paneling, the designers relied on furniture silhouettes, natural veneers, and soft textiles to define spaces. Oak grains, woven cane, and bouclé fabrics come together with the help of pastel tones and natural light."
The Spring Breeze Apartment occupies the 20th floor of Palm Springs Society in Gurugram and spans 3,600 square feet. The design fuses Japandi minimalism with Boho texture using natural materials, bespoke craftsmanship, and a family-focused layout. Furniture silhouettes, natural veneers, and soft textiles define spaces instead of wall paneling. Honey oak floors in bedrooms contrast Bottochino marble in main living areas. Linen drapes, rattan accents, curved archways, oak grains, woven cane, and bouclé fabrics create layered tactile warmth. The palette uses gradients of beige, white, and blush with pastel tones and abundant natural light. Vaastu principles guide spatial balance and energy flow.
