The article explores the AB-BPM methodology, which employs A/B testing and reinforcement learning to enhance continuous business process improvement (BPI). The authors conducted an in-depth qualitative analysis through a Delphi study, incorporating insights from ten experts in business process management. Key findings emphasize the necessity of human oversight in reinforcement learning, cultural and organizational alignment, and the need for an integrated process execution platform to successfully implement BPI initiatives. This approach is crucial for organizations aiming to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining a competitive advantage.
