M&S restores Click & Collect, minor services remain down
Briefly

Marks and Spencer has announced the return of its Click & Collect service, allowing customers to order online for collection at any store in the UK. The service was initially suspended after a cyberattack in April that disrupted online operations. Customers can also take advantage of next-day or nominated day delivery options and return online orders at any store. Although most core services are now restored, some features, such as online stock checking and international ordering, remain offline. Financially, the cyberattack may cost the company £300 million in lost profits for the upcoming financial year.
John Lyttle confirmed that M&S's full online delivery service, including Click & Collect, is now available again, allowing orders from any UK store.
The Click & Collect service was suspended following a cyberattack in April that disrupted M&S's online operations and core customer services.
After the cyberattack, online and app orders were paused, affecting gift card redemptions and loyalty account functionality.
M&S CEO estimated the cyberattack could result in a £300 million loss in profits for the 2025/26 financial year.
