Holiday camp organizers plan to file a legal complaint against Vueling after the airline removed a group of French Jewish teenagers from a flight in Valencia. The lawyer for Club Kineret, Julie Jacob, cited physical and psychological violence, as well as discrimination based on religion. Vueling claims the disembarking was due to the minors' disruptive behavior, which allegedly included mishandling emergency equipment and ignoring crew instructions. The airline denies any connection to the passengers' religion, emphasizing safety concerns and corroborating with the Civil Guard police.
The airline stated that the children were disembarked due to "disruptive behaviour" and safety concerns, denying any link to the children's religion.
Parents claimed the decision to remove the teenagers was an "antisemitic act", alleging that their children were targeted because of their Jewish identity.
