The latest Premier League accounts show Richard Masters, the chief executive, received a 1.1m bonus in 2025, raising his annual salary to 2.6m after seven years. Masters previously earned 1.9m in 2024, part of a long-term incentive scheme. He worked with the England and Wales Cricket Board and the English Football League before joining the Premier League in 2006. Masters was promoted to interim CEO in 2018 and became permanent in 2019. He has managed the league through the pandemic and Super League threat.
