Oasis House / Shinagawa arquitetura
"Located in the countryside of Sao Paulo, Casa Oasis, designed by Shinagawa Arquitetura, was conceived as a residence adapted to the region's hot climate and deeply connected to its surroundings. The project is guided by three main principles: thermal comfort achieved through passive strategies, continuous integration between architecture and landscape, and the expressive use of materials. Water, greenery, and carefully filtered natural light become central elements, transforming the house into a contemporary refuge of balance and well-being. Published on September 15, 2025"

Casa Oasis is located in the countryside of Sao Paulo on a 520 m area with planned completion in 2025. The residence adapts to the region's hot climate through passive thermal strategies that prioritize natural ventilation, shading, and carefully filtered daylight. Continuous integration between architecture and landscape positions water and greenery as central compositional elements. Materials are deployed expressively to define tactile quality and spatial sequence. The design aims to deliver a contemporary refuge focused on balance, well-being, and strong connections between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. The project team includes lead architect Rogerio Shinagawa and a multidisciplinary technical and interior design team.
