Aviator sunglasses worn by Emmanuel Macron at Davos sparked international interest and sales for Henry Jullien. The Pacific S01 aviators, priced at €659 ($784), are now on the French presidency online store. More than 500 pairs sold after the World Economic Forum surge, causing the brand website to crash and prompting a temporary dedicated page. iVision Tech, owner of Henry Jullien, saw its stock rise 70 percent in days. Manufacturing remains artisanal in Jura with a gold wire and a 279-step, four-month process. Annual output normally reaches about 1,000 pairs, including roughly 200 of the Pacific S01. The company’s Jura workforce declined from about 180 to 15 before acquisition, with ten employees currently remaining.
