Fans bring the "Save The Hunt For Ben Solo" movement to Times Square
""one of the coolest fucking scripts I had ever been a part of,""
""No one's ever really gone" except for Ben Solo, apparently."
""For Adam. No one's ever really gone. Hope lives. Ben is alive! #THBS.""
"'The intent was to show Disney this is what fans actually want. 'No one's ever really gone,' I believe, says it all,' Neagle told Collider."
The Hunt For Ben Solo was a greenlit project envisioning Ben Solo's continued journey after Rise of Skywalker, written by Scott Z. Burns and set to be directed by Stephen Soderbergh with Adam Driver attached. Disney CEO Bob Iger cancelled the project over concerns about how Ben could have survived the events of Rise of Skywalker. The Snyder Cut recovery, which received $70 million to finish Justice League, inspired fans to pressure Disney. Fans rented a plane banner and paid for a Times Square billboard above Carlos Bakery, carrying a message asserting hope and Ben Solo's survival.
