A chocolate babka riff bears the name Notorious B.A.B.K.A., while the Missy Strawberry Shortcake cinnamon roll takes its namesake from legendary rapper Missy Elliott."

The bakery operates as a family venture and incorporates cinnamon bun ideas from their 13-year-old son, Dominic. The menu features hip-hop–inspired names and riffs, including the Cube, Notorious B.A.B.K.A., Missy Strawberry Shortcake, Big Poppa, LL Cool J with Reese's toppings, Slick Rick with Lotus Biscoff, and a DMX roll with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and caramel. The team converted the former Juice Budz space on Van Nuys and Ventura Boulevards and commissioned a Phill Bourque mural of hip-hop legends alongside the menu.
