Bondi Sushi will open its newest and largest location in Oakland Park on October 29, 2025. The restaurant features a sushi bar, expansive indoor and outdoor seating, and The Bar at Bondi, a standalone cocktail bar developed in collaboration with Shinji's, named among the Top 100 Cocktail Bars in North America. The menu highlights premium nigiri, sashimi, and signature rolls, exclusive handrolls at the omakase bar, izakaya-inspired and robatayaki dishes like Scallop with Chimichurri and Botan Ebi, and new large plates and specialties including Duck Fried Rice, Miso Black Cod, Grilled Seabass with yuzu-shiso butter, Wagyu Sliders, and Lobster Tacos. The beverage program is led by Jonathan Adler, Beverage Director at Shinji's.
