Carla Hall, a former Top Chef star, is launching Bumblebirds, a casual fried chicken restaurant and Southern-style cocktail bar, marking her return to the restaurant industry after nearly a decade away from her previous Nashville hot chicken concept. The restaurant will operate in test mode for six months before potentially becoming permanent.
