The ceremony took place at the Convention Centre where leading British and Irish chefs gathered for the 2026 Guide launch. The 2026 Guide was launched on Irish shores for the first time since 1974. Awards presented included Michelin Stars, Green Stars and Bib Gourmands. Angelo Vagiotis's The Pullman received a first-time Michelin Star for exquisite cooking and for showcasing Irish produce in balanced dishes such as wild turbot with Oscietra caviar and a champagne and vanilla sauce. The Pullman occupies two converted Orient Express carriages on the Glenlo Abbey Estate. Forest Avenue also won its first-ever Michelin Star.
