Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country and Waldorf Astoria Residences Texas Hill Country formed an exclusive culinary partnership with Chef Dominique Crenn, the three-Michelin-starred chef behind Atelier Crenn. Chef Crenn will conceptualize and lead the resort's signature restaurant, applying an ingredient-forward philosophy rooted in French technique and Texas Hill Country terroir. The restaurant will feature locally sourced produce, premium seafood, heritage meats, and avant-garde techniques. Design elements will include private dining rooms, specialty bars, and terraces overlooking the Hill Country. The resort, opening in 2027, marks Waldorf Astoria's first Texas property and aims to enhance Fredericksburg's wine and culinary profile.
