"Perched high above the Hollywood Hills since 1914, Yamashiro Hollywood is celebrated for its sweeping city views, historic Japanese architecture, and fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with global technique. Once home to the exclusive "400 Club," Yamashiro was a gathering place for Hollywood's elite, from actors and producers to international tastemakers. Now, under the creative direction of Partner and Chef Charbel Hayek (Boulevard Hospitality Group) and Executive Chef Gustavo Montes, Yamashiro Miami honors this legacy while introducing an innovative coastal perspective that celebrates South Florida's vibrant ingredients and cultural diversity."

Freddy Braidi is CEO of Boulevard Hospitality Group. Partner and Chef Charbel Hayek and Executive Chef Gustavo Montes lead creative and culinary direction.
