"Sennheiser's latest release might not be what I expected from the company this year, but it's everything I didn't know I needed. The RS 275 TV Headphones bundle opens a world of Auracast capabilities inside and outside of the home, bringing real-world application to life in a fresh package. Also: What is Bluetooth 6.0? Why the newest audio connectivity standard is such a big deal"
"Sennheiser's HDR 275 headphones are solid, but the BTA1 transmitter is the golden nugget of this bundle. It includes all the wiring you need to connect the transmitter to your TV, and your TV powers the BTA1, so you don't need an additional power source. Once the BTA1 is connected to your TV's audio port (I went with Optical), it can automatically detect which source you're watching."
The RS 275 TV Headphones bundle pairs HDR 275 headphones with a BTA1 transmitter, power and audio cables, and a headphone stand. The BTA1 enables Auracast features and connects to a TV via optical or other audio ports; the TV can power the transmitter so no extra power source is needed. The transmitter can automatically detect active audio sources and switch to them without manual input. Optical connections do not support Dolby Atmos, but offer low-latency performance with no noticeable audio sync or gaming lag. The bundle provides a convenient private-listening option for shared living spaces.
