Dodgers, Blue Jays Managers Discuss Pitching Plans for World Series Game 7
""Not sure the pitching situation," Roberts said. "But Glas will be available. Everyone will be available.""
"Blue Jays manager John Schneider said the Blue Jays would be "all hands on deck" out of the bullpen for Game 7."
The Dodgers leveled the World Series at three games apiece with a hard-fought Game 6 win. Dodgers pitching held the Blue Jays to one run through nine innings despite allowing eight hits. Yoshinobu Yamamoto started and allowed the lone run while striking out six over six innings. Tyler Glasnow recorded his first MLB save, retiring three batters on three pitches after a double play turned by Kiké Hernández and Miguel Rojas ended the game. Dave Roberts declined to name a Game 7 starter but said everyone except Yamamoto would be available. Max Scherzer will start for the Blue Jays and the club plans to use an "all hands on deck" bullpen approach.
