Kevin Spacey has reached an out-of-court settlement with three men who accused him of sexual assault, thus avoiding a civil trial at London's High Court. The allegations stem from incidents between 2000 and 2013 during his tenure as artistic director of the Old Vic theatre. The legal proceedings have been formally stayed as part of the agreement.
