London will experience high demand on public transport over Halloween, Day of the Dead and Bonfire Night. Planned Piccadilly line closures will suspend service between Hammersmith and Heathrow overnight Friday to Saturday with a replacement bus PL1. The Piccadilly line will also have no service between Acton Town and Heathrow or between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge across much of the weekend, with Elizabeth line and Metropolitan line alternatives recommended. The Waterloo & City line operates only Monday to Friday. The DLR will have no service between Prince Regent and Beckton on Friday with replacement buses provided.
