Jason Marc-Williams has been cast as the Dame in the upcoming pantomime Aladdin at Dartford's Orchard West, slated for December 13, 2025, to January 4, 2026. This marks his first performance in Dartford, and he expressed excitement about returning to the Dame role after years of portraying villains. Aladdin's narrative will follow the protagonist's journey filled with adventures, humor, and a magical ambiance, appealing to audiences from young children to the elderly, promising a festive experience with affordable tickets starting at £15.
Mr Marc-Williams said: "I'm really looking forward to it. I do panto every year, but it's been a couple of years since I last played the Dame, and I've missed it."
A spokesman for the theatre said: "With dazzling sets, toe-tapping tunes, barrels of belly laughs and a magical tale to match, Aladdin is the ultimate festive treat."
