Oasis at Wembley: Noel Gallagher dedicates Don't Look Back in Anger to Chiltern Firehouse in cheeky tribute
Briefly

Oasis performed in London for the first time in 16 years at Wembley, captivating 90,000 fans. During the encore, Noel Gallagher humorously dedicated a song to the Chiltern Firehouse, a favorite bar of his that was severely damaged by a fire earlier in the year. He described the fire as a tragedy greater than the Great Fire and the Blitz. The firehouse, housed in a historic Victorian fire station built in 1889, may face years of closure due to extensive damage caused by the blaze.
In London there are many tragedies, from the Great Fire, the Blitz... a tragedy happened that was bigger than all of them combined, which was my favourite bar the Firehouse f***ing burned down.
The central London celebrity haunt may be out of action for years after a devastating blaze... the roof and third floor of the hotel were destroyed while around half of the second floor and a small part of the ground floor were also damaged.
