Rosalia Unveils Bjork and Yves Tumor Collab "Berghain"
"Co-produced by Rosalía with Noah Goldstein, Jake Miller, and Sir Dylan, "Berghain" is described in a press release as the "grand orchestral centerpiece" of the album's second movement, expanding from "soft introspection to sweeping cinematic power, balancing intimacy and grandeur in a world that feels both deeply personal and boundless in scale." Over the London Symphony Orchestra's sweeping strings, Rosalía switches between German and Spanish. Björk then takes over the song's second half, and Yves Tumor closes it out, both singing in English."
"Rosalía announced LUX last week through a Times Square billboard featuring the album's artwork. Split into four movements, the follow-up to 2022's was recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Daníel Bjarnason. The project also features contributions from fado singer Carminho, Spanish flamenco singer Estrella Morente, Spanish singer/composer Silvia Pérez Cruz, the Escolania de Montserrat i Cor Cambra Palau de la Música Catalana, and regional música Mexicana act Yahritza."
