FINNEAS and Ashe have formed a new band named The Favors, announcing their debut album, The Dream, set for September 19th. They released the lead single, 'The Little Mess You Made.' Recorded in Nashville and Los Angeles over 18 months, the album captures a collaborative spirit with contributions from drummer David Marinelli and guitarist Ricky Gourmet. Ashe hopes listeners will feel a mix of warmth and heartbreak through their music, while FINNEAS describes it as a true long-play album meant for shared experiences. They are returning to touring this summer after recent solo albums.
"This is the way every artist dreams of making an album," Ashe said in a press statement. "People don't sing together anymore when they're recording, but it was so romantic and fun."
"It's a true 'long-play album' in its real intended meaning," FINNEAS added. "Hopefully, you can have friends over, cook a meal, and play this on vinyl front-to-back."
