Alex Edkins aims to create songs that deliver an immediate endorphin rush through catchy hooks and choruses. After 17 years with METZ, he explored a more melodic sound during COVID with a solo album as Weird Nightmare. With METZ ending in 2024, Weird Nightmare evolved into a full band.
