Nearby, Mary Brickell Village will also see the addition of three food establishments, including one from a James Beard-winning chef. New tenants will gradually open through 2025 and 2026. The mall has recently changed ownership to Simon Property Group, which is enhancing Brickell City Centre's appeal as a destination for commerce, community, and culture, particularly for millennial and Gen Z shoppers.

Bringing a James Beard winner and other nationally recognized names to Mary Brickell Village marks a meaningful milestone in its evolution, said Dani Cohn.
Each new brand joining Brickell City Centre reflects the evolution of this destination as a cornerstone of Miami, said David Martin.
The additions are 'a clear reflection of where retail is headed,' said Martin, targeting millennial and Gen Z shoppers.
