A Southbridge man faces kidnapping charges after allegedly using a dog walking app to lure a woman to his home. Mark Miller, 62, greeted her at the residence instead of the advertised female contact. Once inside, the woman felt uneasy in the dark house and noticed no dogs were present. Miller allegedly obstructed her escape and made unsettling remarks before she managed to flee. The woman reported the incident to Rover, blocked the suspicious account, and contacted police, leading to Miller's identification as a suspect during the investigation.
