Pokémon Friends, a new mobile and Nintendo Switch game, offers a series of daily puzzles related to Pokémon, similar to Big Brain Academy. It features simple puzzles that can be completed quickly using touch controls and gyroscope support. Players engage in edutainment through tasks like counting Froakies or recognizing shapes. Completed puzzles may reappear with increased difficulty. Rewards include colorful yarn used to create Pokémon plushies, which players can utilize to decorate their rooms and complete quests.
Pokémon Friends is essentially Big Brain Academy with pocket monsters. Each day, players get a set of three puzzles that can be quickly solved with touch controls.
Each puzzle is lightly themed around a Pokémon. Pikachu's puzzle asks you to connect a board of lightbulbs in one line. Makuhita's Might Moves requires moving boulders.
