Sushi-Con is returning to New York City for two days, September 6-7, at the Metropolitan Pavilion. Due to last year’s turnout exceeding 1700 attendees, the event has been extended to accommodate more guests. Attendees will enjoy unlimited tastings of seafood from over 40 vendors, including bluefin tuna, wagyu beef, and various Japanese delicacies. A Tuna-Cutting Demonstration will take place each day, showcasing the breakdown of a bluefin tuna. VIP tickets offer access to premium dining experiences, with ticket prices starting at $150 for General Admission.
