A dash cam captured a Staten Island driver committing two traffic violations in succession. On July 21, at approximately 1:30 p.m., a silver sedan failed to stop at a stop sign while turning from Hopkins Avenue onto Amboy Road. The sedan slightly slowed but did not stop completely before proceeding onto the busy road. The same driver then approached a yellow light and made a left turn into the Riviera Plaza shopping center after it turned red.
