Officers responded to a domestic dispute call on Oct. 5 after a woman said she was being harassed and planned to seek a restraining order. Police located Bacchus Jr. a few blocks away and pursued him. In the footage, officers are heard ordering him to drop a gun he held. When he did not drop the weapon, an officer fired one shot. Bacchus Jr. was transported to a hospital and pronounced dead.
