The NY Islanders are enhancing engagement with fans by introducing new incentives for season ticket holders for the 2025-26 season. Fans will enjoy perks such as BBQs with players, access to training camps, and in-person interactions with management. Previously, under Lou Lamoriello, fan interaction was minimal. The demand for tickets remains high, while some fans have dropped out. New experiences aim to increase attendance and fan loyalty, with promising roster additions expected in the upcoming seasons.
Season ticket holders will be invited to a BBQ with the players, have access to training camp, access to morning skate, and participate in-person chalk talks with Darche and Patrick Roy.
Under the tight-lipped, old-school mentality of Lou Lamoriello, much of what went on outside of games was a mystery to fans.
Incentives like the ones the Isles are now offering are a terrific way to bring more fans into the arena on a consistent basis.
With the potential additions of Matthew Schaefer and Cal Ritchie to this season's roster, as well as prospects like Victor Eklund, Kashawn Aitcheson, and Cole Eiserman potentially joining next season, the fan base has plenty to look forward to.
