Anunoby’s 6-7 frame and 7-2 wingspan help disrupt offense and hold ground versus top big men. He has limited Wembanyama to no better than 15 points per 75 possessions across at least 100 half-court possessions as the primary defender. In a 2024 Christmas Day game, Anunoby guarded Wembanyama for the final six minutes after 42 points were already scored, during which Wembanyama went scoreless on three missed field-goal attempts.
