The Mets announced roster changes including the placement of right-hander Paul Blackburn on the 15-day injured list due to a right shoulder impingement. Additionally, righty Dedniel Núñez was also placed on the 15-day IL because of a right elbow sprain. Blade Tidwell was optioned to Triple-A Syracuse. In response to these changes, right-handers Austin Warren and Justin Hagenman were recalled, while Rico Garcia was selected to fill the roster spots.
