Supernova, a popular smashburger brand known for its viral success in Soho, is set to expand with a new location in Mayfair this summer. Before the opening of the new burger restaurant, parent group BVC Hospitality has launched a Parisian brasserie named 74 Duke Street, focusing on traditional French cuisine and excellent wines. The menu includes a variety of classic dishes like chicken with tarragon sauce and a unique burger featuring wagyu beef. The rise of French brasseries is evident in London with several others set to open soon.
The brand is opening a second burger joint in Mayfair this summer, following the viral success of their Soho location where customers queued round the block.
