Google is enhancing its Google Earth platform by integrating historical Street View images, allowing users to revisit cherished memories and see changes over time. This new feature coincides with the 20th anniversary of Google Earth and enables both aerial and street-level views, revealing images dating as far back as 1993. Users can visually track neighborhood changes, making this tool beneficial not just for nostalgia but also for urban planners to assess environmental shifts and developmental growth.
To celebrate 20 years of Google Earth, Google introduced a new way to step back into time using its popular map program.
