Bob Skinner, an All-Star left fielder and two-time World Series champion, passed away at 94. He was a key player for the Pirates, contributing to their 1960 World Series victory. Skinner played 12 seasons in Major League Baseball, primarily with the Pirates. After serving in the Marines during the Korean War, he returned to the Pirates and eventually became an All-Star. His best season was in 1958, where he earned his first All-Star selection and helped the Pirates achieve their first championship in 35 years.
