Israel Is Carrying Out "Precisely Designed Mass Starvation" in Gaza
Briefly

Israel's blockade has deepened the starvation crisis in Gaza, leading to widespread suffering among the population. A report highlights the engineered starvation occurring, with analysts pointing out a systematic approach to the crisis. Recent violence saw Israeli forces kill many individuals, including those simply trying to access aid, with the situation worsening daily. Health authorities report deaths from starvation, indicating that over 2 million people, including a million children, lack sufficient food and face grave risks to their health and survival.
"I've been working on this field of famine, food crisis and humanitarian action for more than 40 years, and there is no case, over those four decades, of such minutely engineered, closely monitored, precisely designed mass starvation of a population as is happening in Gaza today."
In one of the deadliest days yet for aid seekers in Gaza, Israeli forces killed at least 115 people on Sunday, including 92 who were killed while seeking aid.
As the convoy approached, the surrounding crowd came under fire from Israeli tanks, snipers and other gunfire, leading to the massacre of at least 79 people.
The entire population, more than 2 million people, lack access to sufficient food, putting their lives at immediate risk.
