Akshay Sennik, 31, was working at New Cross Pharmacy at the Waldron Health Centre when he stole the drugs between September 2023 and March 2024.
Sennik pleaded guilty to theft by employee and selling a prescription medicine without a prescription at Bromley Magistrates' Court in November.
Ozempic, originally intended to manage type 2 diabetes, has been popularised in recent years with many celebrities using the drug to shed pounds.
The case was adjourned until later this month for a pre-sentence report to be conducted.
