Briefly

Carlos Santana had to postpone his Tuesday concert at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio due to dehydration, as confirmed by his representative. The 77-year-old guitarist experienced a medical emergency, prompting the San Antonio Fire Department to transport him to a hospital for treatment. Despite this setback, Santana is expected to recover and continue his touring schedule, with his next performance planned for Sugar Land, Texas. His representative expressed gratitude to fans for their understanding regarding the concert postponement, reaffirming Santana's commitment to return to perform soon.
"Out of an abundance of caution and the health of Mr. Santana, the decision to postpone the show was the most prudent course of action," said his representative Michael Vrionis.
"Mr. Santana was at the venue preparing for tonight's show when he experienced an event that was determined to be dehydration," according to Michael Vrionis, Santana's rep.
Vrionis thanked Santana's fans for their understanding and confirmed the Majestic Theatre concert will get a new date soon.
"He looks forward to returning to San Antonio and intends to carry on with his tour," said Michael Vrionis about artist's health.
