During the confrontation, Rice told the teens that 'this is her estate,' while the teens calmly asked her to leave and return inside the house.
Rice assaulted a minor during the incident, and when one of the teens defended himself, he knocked her to the floor. Zikuski then lifted Rice to carry her away.
